You need two things from your school: its school code, and the email or username the school has registered for you.
Get it free from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android, or scan a code below.
Type the code your school gave you and tap Continue. Your school’s name appears on the next screen.
Use the email or username the school has for you, with your password. You can also use your Google, Microsoft or Apple account.
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the steps to set a new one yourself.
Ask your HAL success manager for your school code and check that every parent has an email or username in HAL Edge.
Add the App Store and Google Play links, or the QR codes, to your next circular, WhatsApp group and parent meeting.
When parents come to pay or ask, help them sign in. One minute at the counter saves many calls later.

طريقة الدخول ↓يرى ولي الأمر المستحق، ويدفع بالبطاقة بلمسات قليلة، ويستلم إيصالًا ثنائي اللغة فورًا، وتصله التذكيرات في التطبيق.
«كم عليّ؟» و«متى الاختبارات؟» و«هل حضر ابني؟» يجد ولي الأمر الإجابة بنفسه.
يحدّث أولياء الأمور أرقام الجوال وتواريخ انتهاء الإقامة والجواز والبيانات الصحية، فتكون ملفاتك جاهزة وقت الحاجة.
يتواصل ولي الأمر مع معلم الفصل بالمحادثة أو البريد من التطبيق، دون أن يشارك المعلم رقمه الشخصي.
الاختبارات والإجازات واجتماعات أولياء الأمور حسب الصف، مع تمييز التواريخ المهمة.
يقرأ التطبيق من HAL Edge، فحين ينشر المكتب رسومًا أو جدولًا أو فعالية يراها ولي الأمر.
يسدد ولي الأمر قسطًا واحدًا أو عدة أقساط معًا بالبطاقة من أي مكان. وتُطابَق كل دفعة مع فاتورتها في HAL Edge، فلا يحتاج مكتب الرسوم إلى تسوية يدوية.
كل قسط غير مدفوع مع رقم فاتورته. يختار ولي الأمر الشهر الذي يسدد حتى نهايته ويرى الإجمالي.
بطاقة ائتمان أو خصم، عبر صفحة دفع آمنة، دون زيارة المدرسة.
يتأكد السداد، وينخفض الرصيد، ويظهر موعد القسط التالي مباشرة.
إيصال رسوم بالعربية والإنجليزية، جاهز للتنزيل أو المشاركة، دون مسح أو إرسال من المكتب.

تقويم شهري لأيام الحضور والتأخر والغياب، مع مجاميع الشهر في الأعلى.
بالضغط على يوم تأخر أو غياب يراسل ولي الأمر معلم الفصل بالمحادثة أو البريد.
تبقى الرسائل داخل التطبيق، ويمكن للمعلم الرد بمستندات مثل سياسة الإجازات.
الجدول الدراسي يومًا بيوم، مع تمييز الحصة الحالية، وملف PDF للتنزيل.
يختار ولي الأمر الاختبار ويفتح بطاقة الدخول التي أصدرتها المدرسة، جاهزة للطباعة.
الاختبارات والإجازات وأيام العودة واجتماعات أولياء الأمور، مع البحث وتمييز التواريخ المهمة.
تاريخ الميلاد والجنسية وأرقام الإقامة والجواز مع تواريخ الانتهاء وفصيلة الدم، يحدّثها ولي الأمر.
يختار ولي الأمر جهة الاتصال الأساسية، ويحدّث بيانات الأب والأم وجهة اتصال الطوارئ.
اتصال أو بريد للمسؤولين عن الدعم التقني أو المالية أو القبول، مباشرة من التطبيق.
شاشات أعيد رسمها من التطبيق بأسماء وأرقام توضيحية.
تحتاج من مدرستك شيئين: رمز المدرسة، والبريد أو اسم المستخدم المسجّل لك لديها.
مجانًا من App Store على آيفون أو Google Play على أندرويد، أو امسح أحد الرمزين أدناه.
اكتب الرمز الذي زوّدتك به المدرسة واضغط «متابعة»، فيظهر اسم مدرستك في الشاشة التالية.
استخدم البريد أو اسم المستخدم المسجّل لدى المدرسة مع كلمة المرور، أو حسابك في Google أو Microsoft أو Apple.
اضغط «نسيت كلمة المرور؟» في شاشة الدخول واتبع الخطوات لتعيين كلمة جديدة بنفسك.
اطلب رمز مدرستك من مدير نجاح العملاء في HAL، وتأكد من وجود بريد أو اسم مستخدم لكل ولي أمر في HAL Edge.
أضف روابط App Store وGoogle Play أو رموز QR إلى التعميم القادم ومجموعات واتساب واجتماع أولياء الأمور.
حين يأتي ولي الأمر للسداد أو السؤال، ساعده على الدخول؛ دقيقة عند الشباك توفّر اتصالات كثيرة لاحقًا.
وجّه تذكيرات الرسوم والجداول وإعلانات الفعاليات إلى التطبيق، ليعتاد أولياء الأمور البحث فيه أولًا.
