Yes. British International School Jeddah kept SiSi as its student information system and runs procurement, budgets, expenses and maintenance on HAL, with its student invoices reported to ZATCA through HAL VAT Care. You can also move the whole school onto HAL Edge, as IISR and IISJ did.

How long does it take to go live?

Most schools go live within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on size and the modules they start with. International Indian School Riyadh, with more than 10,000 students, went live in 40 days. We go live in phases, starting with students and finance.

Are our fee invoices ZATCA compliant?

Yes. HAL is listed in ZATCA's Solution Providers Directory as a Phase 2 provider. Fee invoices carry VAT where it applies, post to the ledger and are reported to ZATCA, and each invoice shows its e-invoicing status.

Is the parent mobile app in Arabic?

Yes. The HAL Edge mobile app (ReachApp in the app stores) works fully in Arabic and English, and each parent chooses their language. Parents see fees, attendance, timetable, exams, events and messages, and pay fees online.

Can parents pay school fees online?
